What if I’m local and want to pick up my order instead of paying shipping fees?

If you would like to pick up your order, insert this “NO SHIPPING FEE” code at checkout: 24QBSH1

We will schedule a pick up time when your order is ready.

What’s included in the shipping?

I need this as soon as possible. Do you rush ship?

Yes! We will do our best to accommodate you, for an ADDITIONAL FEE. Please message us directly with the exact date of when you will be needing the sign by.

What if my sign is delayed while in transit?

We understand that this can be frustrating but unfortunately we cannot control the external circumstances of the shipping process and will not be held responsible.

What do I do if my item was damaged in shipping?

In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and send a picture in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible.  Please retain the damaged contents and packaging in case further inspection is required by the shipping provider.

What is the return policy for personalized and non-personalized items?

Personalized items:

Unfortunately, all custom orders are FINAL.  This is due to the custom nature of our products and the extra time and effort that is required. We appreciate your understanding!

Non-Personalized items:

We would be happy to accommodate returns if you contact us within 2 days of receiving your package and ship back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be unused and undamaged and that you are responsible for the cost related to return shipping.

What is the current turnaround time for custom signs?

Our turnaround is 1-3 business days for a proof, upon approval of the proof our products are ready to ship in 7-10 business days for signs that need minimal modifications.

These are estimations and some custom metal sign orders need extra attention and time to design. If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us to make arrangements.

Also, keep in mind that the actual shipping time will vary depending on your shipping address. The shipping time should be added to the turnaround times listed above.

Please note that if the digital proof is not approved in a timely manner, your order may be DELAYED.

If you are local, you can make arrangements to pick up the sign from our shop. Just call ahead to schedule a pick up time.
