SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship in the U.S. (contiguous 48)

Processing time

  • The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 2 - 5 business days.

  • This may vary depending on work schedule.

  • If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please contact us for a “No Shipping Fee” code to insert at check out. When your order is ready we will contact you to schedule your pick up time.

Estimated shipping times

  • 2 - 7 business days 

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will vary according to demands of the shipping companies. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
